The “In Escrow” period typically lasts thirty days. During this time, several professional contingencies must be satisfied:

- Financing Contingency: Finalizing your secure funding within the timeframe granted by the contract.
- Title Search: Ensuring the seller provides a clear and marketable title.
- Final Walk-Through: A visual inspection within twenty-four hours of closing to ensure the property remains in the agreed-upon condition.
